My Abode is currently seeking to expand it's award winning system throughout Brisbane and the surrounding areas.

As a My Abode contractor, you can expect the following....
1. To be supported in every way. I want you to succeed!!!
2. You will have the full support of the office and its resources. If you need something urgent we will make it happen.
3. NO photocopy charges.
4. NO admin charges.
5. All deposits are retained by the sellers solicitor.
6. All marketing is provided and proofed by My Abode. A 2% marketing fee per sale based on the commission charged is payable upon settlement.
7. My Abode only uses Digital Central as a sign company. You will need to open an account with them.
8. All listings are uploaded by the contractor using myabode.com.au. Listings are then portal pushed to realestate.com.au
9. RP Data access is provided for you free of charge.
10. My Abode uses Realworks realestate forms to complete contracts. This is provided free of charge.
11. All My Abode properties are professionally photographed at a cost of $110 per property paid by the contractor or vendor.
12 My Abode has a full colour property booklet at the office. All My Abode properties are inserted free of charge.
13. There is NO desk fee as a contractor. The office is only used to promote the brand and administration purposes. You will be required to work from a home office.
14. As a contractor there is a $699 per month fee, this is deducted on the 1st of each month and must be paid via direct debit.
15. As a contractor you are responsible for your own financial and tax responsibilities.
16. Marketing is a joint creative effort by the contractor and myself, I will creatively and professionally market the contractor in a way that sets you apart from other agents and focusses on your personality and abilities. All personal profiling is custom designed by My Abode for each contractor, All brand building marketing is designed by My Abode head office.
